Make sure she keeps her thumbs on outside of steering wheel.. great way to get a broken thumb when front wheels hit a rut or rock...

I too love the old farmalls. My son and I are restoring a 1951 C and I have a 1952 Super C my grandfather bought new. It has a belt pulley and originally bought to run a sawmill.

I see great potential for the brotherhood, Tyler you could get a tall glass of tea and rest up while the wife plows the back forty, when she's through she can run the sawmill while you take pallet load to sell. When you get back she can help load another load from the stock she sawed while you were gone. Of course if you wanted to you could help......lol great video you two! Have a goodnight

My wife has a 48' Farmall Cub, it has hydraulics, new for 48', we have used this tractor for snow plowing as it came with a blade. Helga, as we call her has had her moments of challenging me, but after sitting for two years, I hand cranked her and she fired right up. You have to love a Meg.

I'm a old tractor addict myself. Only, mine are Case. My first tractor that I bought in '91 was a VAC with a stuck motor. I live down the road from a Case tractor salvage which is very handy when I need parts. I now have 3 versions of the VAC model, all with the 3 point Eagle hitch. Also have 2 411's and a 730 Gas. When I first started making my own hay in '96, I mowed with a narrow front VAC and a Ford 501 7' sickle mower, raked with a wide front VAC, and baled with a Farmall H pulling a New Holland 68 Hayliner. So, beside loving to watch your milling, this video of discing is great for me. Loved the video!

Farmall Cub, A, C, H and M is what I learned to use on the farm in the 60's. I also drove a couple "putt-putts" aka John Deere when I worked on a neighbor's farm; he loved his John Deere's.

Tylor I love those farmalls it the first piece of machinery I drove I kind of remember no more then 3 years old my dad was harvesting the hay for the winter storage put me on the seat put it in first gear I had to keep it straight so the other helper could take the loose hay and stack it onto the trailor but at the end of the row dad was coming and make the turn to go down the next row and we had that tractor till the mid 2,000 and was still running when he sold it so I really appreciate this video brouth back a lots of memories have a great day

Really enjoyed this episode! I don't own any Farmalls now, but I always liked them using them helping out on farms as a kid. Lots of usable power, and well built. Local to me they outperform many other makes at tractor pulls in the stock classes. Nice to see the field work and welding repairs as well as the log pulling with the tongs. I guess those cylinder heads on the disc must be from broke down Cases, Fords, Deere's etc....8^) Cheers and thanks for a great video.

I love the old tractors like I love the old cars and trucks. Easy to work on without all the electronics and computers that's on them now. But the younger generation can't plant or Harvest with our the GPS system.

I loved this video. We had a Super A when i was a kid. We used it for garden work. The engine was offset to the left so you could see your crop rows right down in front of you. You better not cut down the corn when you had the belly sweeps to working!
