Those shoes were very dry. You can use leather conditioner to revive them. It prevents cracking and extends the life of the leather. Everything else was great. Please show us transformation of both shoes.

Hojebque estou vendo esse video ja faz um ano que vc postou. Mas que bom q encontrei. Amo esses videos.aqui no Brazil faz anos que não vejo este tipo..to inscrita no seu canal. There were so many scratches that I fixed them. That's a probably one of deep scratches that wasn't covered by polishing. 😢
