Very Empowering indeed... Sooo true. I went into archery with the thought of improving my body posture. To improve my ability to "let go" or "release". To be able to "Focus" better. And as an exercise to "live in the moment". I have not been disapointed. Neither with myself or the Ability of Archery to help me with those regards. Meditating at home has become easier since i got into Archery aswell. It is by far the best personal choice i ever made for myself in terms of personal/spiritual development/advancement.
