There maybe some channels that are sponsored by the CCP of China, but don't forget there are channels of their own that are sponsored by other countries as well. Not all channels which mention positive things about China are sponsored by the CCP of China. There are a countless number of channels providing information on what China truly is like and many of these channels are operated by foreigners living or holidaying in China. There are a variety of reasons as to why they do these. Some of the reasons are listed below.
      A. Some do so because they live and work in China.
      B. Some do so because they have Chinese spouses.
      C. Some do so because they want to make a living out of operating youtube channels as China is a hot topic at present.
I have mentioned only three reasons but there are many more to it.

Indians were chanting that this line will be the most advanced system in the world because it is going to be built by Japanese.

Thank you very much for this wonderful video. In all honesty, it serves the community. Turkey has become one of the developed countries through China. China has a very good policy, which is building the infrastructure for many countries, as well as agriculture and industry, and relying on the local currency. This is everyone’s future. For this reason, the United States of America is not comfortable, and we hope from China. We hope from China that the Chinese government will pay attention to building the railway infrastructure in Iraq, Lebanon and Syria in accordance with agreements and respect for all countries and everyone loves China. China has not participated in wars and has not supported wars. The future of everyone is to build infrastructure such as train stations, roads and bridges in Latin America and Africa as well as in Iraq. It is important and China must pay attention to this matter. Our respect and appreciation are for everyone. Everyone must agree The future of China and the future of all countries is the agreement, respect for the sovereignty of countries, and the solution of economic problems in Africa and Latin America, as well as in Asia, Europe and Canada. There are millions of unemployed people, the future of everyone. The construction of train railways connects all these countries with all cities in all parts of the world and supports agriculture and industry in all parts of the world. For the sake of everyone’s future in accordance with the agreements, respecting the agreement, staying away from selfishness and greed, and staying away from hegemony and control. This is what Britain, Europe and America did by supporting wars, and it was a big, destructive mistake for everyone. To this day, the political-economic conflict is under several names and labels. We must benefit from the mistakes.

People who are comparing Indian Bullet train project with Indonesia...
    Must Understand...
In Indonesia Chinese workers and Chinese machines are doing the majority of work with Indonesian workers.
**But in India L and T(an Indian company) is doing the construction.**
Machines are also built and operated by Indian engineers. Only Chief engineer comes once a while from Japan to see progress and modifications.
**So technically India is learning how to make bullet train project**
**Just like we learned how to make world class Metro infrastructure**
And also JAPAN'S bullet trains are safest and best in the world.
"So asking for help again n again in future from Japan is not what India is thinking."
That's why it is taking time.
Additional info -- Indonesia's route length is 142 km with 4 stations.
**India's route length is 508 km (including 21 km undersea tunnel) with 12 stations.**
"Also, Undersea tunnel will be made by AFCONS which is also an Indian Company."
    So, it will take time.
