I guess somebody has to love this overrated loser. He sleeps with Boone and Cashman to try and waste a roster spot every year. Gardner, please go away forever.
I was at that game on the last play against Tampa Bay, my dad and I were sitting by right-center field and that catch was even more incredible to see live
One more year of “ the gardy party”. Hopefully he’s not going to be mad enough to, but I’d love to see him go to town on a few more dugout ceiling as a yankee!
He may not make the HoF, and I personally believe his defense as earned him a spot, but if the Yankees dont retire #11 for Gardner, no number will ever be retired again. #11 & #21 need to be retired already.
Retire his number, OMG, I can't stop laughing, that was hilarious. He couldn't carry Bernie Williams jock strap. He is the most overrated Yankee ever, sleeps with Boone and Cashman to try and waste a roster spot every year. That was the funniest thing I've heard in a long time, thanks.
@@ranman5491 Brett Gardner has been the best player in CF in pinstripes since Bernie Williams. No one ever said he was a HoF, or that he deserves a plaque, but he earned his number retired more than Roger Maris, that I can assure you. Gardner deserves it 100%. He's played GREAT defense for the Yankees his whole career, and until injuries and age, he was damn good on offense. One of the best stolen base threats in Yankee history, along with being a solid power hitter later on .
I would think Gardner's speed would warrant resigning him if for nothing else but to have an extra set of healthy legs on the bench. But the dude is still a decent bat with rock solid game sense.
Really really hope the Yankees resign this guy. He is the heart and soul of this team. He means more to this team than his play on the field would indicate, and he’s still a pretty good player. Durable, reliable, clutch, tough, etc. Will definitely miss him the day he retires
I love how everybody says he is done and they shouldn't re sign him, but I bet he would be a great fourth outfielder. He deserves to be back. Only if he doesn't take regular at bats away from Frazier. It's time to see what he can do everyday.
He has been an embarrassment the last two years. Can't hit his way out of a wet paper bag, and the worst throwing arm ever. Sleeps with Boone and Cashman to try and waste a roster spot every year, what a joke he is, Yankees suck.
Not really “incredible” catches. A few really good ones and a few he was just late getting to that he made look harder than they were. A couple even the Yankees announcers barely reacted to.
I miss him.... He was my favorite player.
The guts of our NYY
It was so sad to see him tip his cap off to an empty stadium last season. Definitely deserves at least one last chance to play in front of the fans.
when was that?
Agree . Sign him to a 1 day contract. Give him his well deserved applause 👏
my favorite yankee for the past 7 years
Dear God I love Gardy so much. One of my favorite Yankees. I was 11 in 2009 and I remember already loving him then.
I guess somebody has to love this overrated loser. He sleeps with Boone and Cashman to try and waste a roster spot every year. Gardner, please go away forever.
Love how many of these are road games, love seeing the crowd's hopes dashed.
He played at the old stadium? Dang!
Yes 2008
At 37 this dude had more hustle and heart then the entire Yankee team in the last two years. j/s
Tyler Clippard in that first clip has me dying 😂
Bring Gardy back he deserves to win one more championship before he retires. One hell of a player when it counts.
When it counts? His postseason history is awful and embarrassing. Most overrated Yankee ever, he couldn't carry Bernie Williams jock strap.
@@ranman5491 his postseason numbers are identical to judge and everyone wants to pay him 50 mil a year
Kids got heart
Real title: Brett Gardner saves the Yankees when their relief pitchers throw meatballs
Brandon Lowe at 3:03 like “yeah yeah, nice play.”
Bring Gardy back and get rid of Gallo
That first one was my first MLB game. I was on the third base line and it was awesome to see that live.
It’s a Gardy Party!
a rare Vernon Wells sighting
These are all road games and he has still brought 'em back.
NYY, Please retire his number. Forever a Yankee
i would like whatever weed you’re smoking because there are home games in the video...
Love me some Gardy!
I was at that game on the last play against Tampa Bay, my dad and I were sitting by right-center field and that catch was even more incredible to see live
It appears he levels up in memorial day hats lol
I wish he is back
MLB owes him 3 gold gloves. 2010, 2011, & 2017. Such bullshit that Gordon won it with range no where near as good.
All star in 2010 2011 and recognition for an MVP caliber season 2010
Seeing the pitchers reminds me of how long he’s been at it
McCutchen is in the last clip
#gottasigngardy
Deserved AT LEAST 2 or 3 more GGs
One more year of “ the gardy party”. Hopefully he’s not going to be mad enough to, but I’d love to see him go to town on a few more dugout ceiling as a yankee!
I Love Brett Gardner...he is our Spirit Animal
Every offseason I forget how much i love listening to Michael Kay.
Some of these are pretty routine plays...

It's just like y'all have been saying, Gardener is GREAT insurance as a player, and he's equally as great as a presence in the locker room

Gardie's a gold glover, wish he could have more stolen bases, he can run like the wind
Why does he always slam into walls
It makes me laugh when the highlights are on my9
2:15 edited. Brett Gardener has never gotten an outfield assist.
He’s still got it.
