Hi Jessica - usually patients have topical numbing cream placed before so they don’t feel anything. And after surgery generally after a couple days patients are off of strong pain medicine and just taking Tylenol and Motrin. Hope that helped answer your question!

According to a recent survey most nonessential, i.e. cosmetic, labiaplasties do not look better afterwards. Just sayin. The survey was of women and men commenting. In this case he did do a very good job but I still don't think it was needed.

As RN-OR, seen trim & wedge. Use of 5-0 & 4-0 vicryl & second “closure “ should leave minimal scarring. Well done DR.

I'm not paying $5k or even $2/3k. For those of us that literally just need a little snip of labia cut, mine would be like 1/10th of the skin that was seen here, why is no one offering this cheaper? I will find a way lmao. I always do

Yes correct they are! One was deeper in muscle the second was subcuticular

The scar heals well but there will always be a scar there - genital area heals well so the scar is nearly imperceptible once it fully heals
