Very clear tutorial. What if you wanted to loop through a folder of samples, either randomly or in order? Can anyone suggest a tutorial for that?

Thanks for uploading this tutorial.
I'm currently following your tutorial pretty smoothly, but at 5:40 after you create the autopopulate and drag your audio files in, I get completely lost. The problem being that the dropfile is still unable to read any of my audio files. When I drag them in, it literally does nothing. Would you happen to know why? I've tried wav files, aiff files, and mp3 files. but none of them seem to read.

Hmm.... is max throwing up any errors? If I was to go from experience, my first instinct would be to ask are you dropping a folder containing your files or a single file? IF you drop just a single file the umenu won't populate, due to the way we have prepend prefix set up.

I was dropping a folder containing multiple files. Im not sure what was wrong, but I restarted my computer and tried again and it works now. Thanks a lot for replying so quickly :D
