I'm not gonna lie. I love the entire premise of this story, and overall, how your stories show humanity defeating foe after foe, while being human as hell, and often with compassion mixed with their overwhelming primitive brutality.
I built a weapon in a game thinking of how awesome it would be. It turned out to be a as powerful as a magnifying glass concentrated light on a cloudy day. That weapon, which took some farming to build, I kept till today. I even spent resources to jazz it up and for it to be custom named. It is christened, "The Tickle Beam".
Humor is a powerful weapon. This is why all authoritarian regimes attack it ruthlessly, labeling it as extremism and terrorism. Because in a way, it is. Not extremism or terrorism against the masses, but against tyranny. Laughter disarms fear. Fear, is the biggest weapon of any authoritarian regime.
Now this was such a delightful story and yes, I was giggling a bit from time to time. In the times we are living with these days, this provided a much needed lighthearted lift 😀
Reminds me of Alan Dean Foster's "The Damned" trilogy, where humans turned out to be completely immune to the Amplitur's psychic "suggestions." Not only that, but their instinctual fear response lashed back and ravaged their minds in response. After listening to the whole thing I can tell it was written by an AI. It's got all the hallmarks. ALL the hallmarks. But at least it wasn't narrated by one!
I think they are using a robot as a humanoid vessel, although there are a few inconsistencies (he subtitles once read scaled cheeks). They need to proofread their stories better, they aren't bad per se, but all I listned too so far had a problem in the premise or some iconsitency.
Oh I like this read by a human! Nice job. It’s beautiful! Love it. I love the concept of this story. Wish it was a full length book, I would buy that! Keep these kind of stories coming! New different uplifting angles! Love it

Funny story. Unfortunately the AI is really noticable. First the Fukkan are energy based, then they have scaley faces, and moustaches. The human narrator makes it so much better tho, really appreciate this. All the other reading channels have AI readers, they would have never gotten it across that well.
LMAO now that is the way to fight a war no one dies no distruction only enermies falling over laughing I wish we could make it real. A cool idea of a story.
A good story, but it should have ended at around 15:34, before it fell into all the "kumbaya" sh*t. You blew an original and very amusing tale, by lapsing into a totally unnecessary and story killing philosophical lecture..... (time to sack your editor I reckon)
''they where energy based creatures'' ''tears streaming down its scaled cheeks'' sorry what ? , that smells like A.I patchwork production mistakes not sure i keep listening to more of it hmm :/ otherwise potential there hmm
Can we stop trying to write essays with every paragraph? FFS I remember short stories that were 5000 words. And they were good. get. to. the. point. Quit trying to wax eloquent.
So instead of the Xenomorphs, we get the 3 billion Stooges. I'd buy that for a dollar. We will have to Clone George Carlin for our ambassador., along with Viceroy Carrot Top, and Earths Premier President, Robbbiinn Williams, (clone Miss Spelling), with Vice President Mel Brooks, and his Chief of Staff, Dark Helmut.😅😅😅
Humanity to aliens: congratulations, you played yourself
"like, seriously, ever heard of fallout new vegas? 'the game was rigged from the start'. ah....what a classic...."
I love absolutely everything about this story. The best part is no one had to die.

What game?
What's the game
@@Reaper-ds6do @ericweston7353 Warframe. It's free to play.
I am also asking what game?
it's Warframe. A free to play game.
It was a killer joke.
"Wenn ist das Nunstück git und Slotermeyer? Ja! Beiherhund das Oder die Flipperwaldt gersput!"
My first thought! Praise Monte Python!
Yes I know that's s batman title, but the idea came from the original troop
I believe the Batman title is the killing joke but yeah I can understand how that would be the first thing to pop to mind @@dustinshadle732
While the translation to German did not produce any deaths, there were several injuries!
In the end joke warfare was banned by the Geneva conventions.
So as Hellworlders/Deathworlders, we've been training babies with torture for millenia? Such a FEATHER in the cap of this Admiral.

Well said. 👍
Humanity thereafter experienced unprecedented prosperity after discovering the Fukkan Tickledown Theory of Economics.

Don’t believe I can ever recall such a unique story. Nicely told except that the ending droned on about five minutes too long.
AI tends to do that: if you give it attention, it will give a response

Yeah.
I occasionally wonder if that's where the deathworlder trope came from too.
Thanks for the subtitles on the vídeo. This helps a Lot!
How can the fukkan have tears streaming down its face if its made of incorporeal energy?
Probaly a metaphor

Maybe tears composed of energy?

@@WhoThisMonkey why?
They are obviously using AI to write while saying they use human writers...
The name of the Fukkon that yelled "Stop tickling me" was Elmo.
When Batman's Joker (or a Space Age Version) gets SUCKERPUNCH-LINED!
This one struck a nerve -- or should I say, tickled me right? Nice one!
Buh duh dum, crash, Rimshot!!🤣🤣🤣
One thing i find so funny is the fact this could absouletly happen one day
Couldn't stop laughing when Admiral Grayson said tickle rays.🤣
Most "hilarious take down" in history ........ 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 the all scenes got me good.....
I love how your stories are different from the run-of-the mill stuff we get from other AI powered story tellers...
That was very amusing.
Good story.... And good reading voice.
Fun story.
Good naration.

I really like these fun sci-fi stories! Keep ‘em coming!
I'd love to see this adapted as a movie, with John Cena as admiral Grayson 😸👍
Good story! Made me smile 😊
Glad you enjoyed it!
to quote the Comedian:
"It's all a joke, it's all a fucking Joke!"
Thanks for the smiles and belly laughs.
Those Fukkan tickle-rays!
I do not know what else to say but THANK YOU GREAT STORY ;
what a fantastic story, and gratefully, one read by a human and not a clumsy ai voice. good stuff. i enjoyed this tale.
The TRDL is the pride of the Earth Defense Force! 4000 quatloo's the humans cannot be contained!
It might say Fukkan, but I see a different “F” word.
Come on Star. admit it. You had a laugh telling us this story. Good lord what a scifi trip LOL.
Reminds me of that one joker line...
"Down to my last joke, but this one kills".
Real nice take on all the sic-fi wars storys with some wish techings in there too.
Death by tickle!! a terrific story!
Gives, don't make me laugh a new meaning.
Combat.exe does not compute.
Next target Cthulhu let's see if he can stand the might of all the tickle rays at maximum power.
more like combat.exe has failed successfully.
I am glad a human is the narrator rather than an AI makes it way way better
Great stories! Thanks for all of these.

It’s good stories like this that made Dr Who scripts look bad :o)
Honestly, this sounds like a story you’d see from either Doctor Who back in the sixties, or perhaps Star Trek TOS.
1:13 VRChat menu sound lol. I noticed that.
Great story and excellent narration 💯
