thank you for being a part of my healing. I've always been able to acknowledge my issues, but never accept them. I've always thought I did, I have always been a a really open person. all this time I've cared for others for the sake of their happiness, regardless of my pain. and that's really painful, to neglect the self in order to sustain others happiness, and a bit of your own (in the ability to continue to flow that energy to them, while abandoning yourself. Yes a part of me is gone, I was vulnerable and shared what I thought could be sacred to someone else and instead I received pain and suffering. I want every part of this acceptance, breaking, transforming, to be heard, in the same manner it consumes me with peace.
