No, this camera is a solar powered camera. Connecting it in a way to be watching it in a monitor continuously drains/weakens the batteries and also it will consume a lot of data.

Okay check the bottom of the camera if there's any foam they use to cover it, remove the foam and check another QR code. Another option is to try to install the camera by selecting the "setup wifi device". Get a router or mifi, select the wifi device option, connect your phone to the external wifi device, connect the camera to the same wifi device. The QR code of the camera will appear on your phone, screenshot it, then go back to install the camera using 4G option and scan the screenshot QR code in your phone. Thanks 👍

Check if your SIM card can browse the internet. Insert the SIM card in your phone, on your data. Open opera mini or chrome app, enter any web address and open.
Very simple, just take a picture of the QR code and send to the person through WhatsApp. He or she can scan the QR code from his/her phone with another phone. I advice install the camera on your phone and share to your client so that it can be easy for you to know whatever your client may complain in future about the camera. And know the solution to the problem.

You cannot check the data balance unless you remove the SIM card and insert in your phone to check the data balance. You can only know when your subscription is exhausted when you purchase a monthly subscription and after 30 days it will expire. Another way to know when you need to top up data, is when the camera is offline for 2-3 days, then you subscribe.
How to top up, just send data to the SIM number inside the camera. Another thing, try to keep date of your subscription to know when next you need to top up.

That's a wifi camera. Only 4G camera uses SIM. You only use router to connect it.
