    I watched this yesterday and was a bit skeptical and bummed that it was an exercise and not actual instruction on how to sit, and it didn’t seem practical to do in a dress at church. But I decided to try it anyway, just with an imaginary ball. It made such a huge difference! I was able to attend all the services yesterday! Thank you so much!

      Yes because there is no perfect sitting position. The problem is lack of MOVEMENT when sitting.
