He was saying the "East vs. West" narrative is false, and Death Row East was going to give people jobs and help the East the way Death Row helped the West, which was giving free meals out on Thanksgiving, giving free toys out for Christmas, and having Mother's Day events for single mothers. You don't need to be friends with some people to help the community. Especially when some of them aren't even trying to help either (besides Nas, who Pac squashed his beef with after this). Like Death Row gave Bad Boy opportunities to squash it. Pac and Suge wanted to set up a boxing event with Bad Boy where all the money would actually go back to the community, not some fake charity.
