Actually Nagas are the people from China,they came to Nagaland via Chindwin river, Myanmar from Yunnan province of China in the 13'th Century and we were known by the name Huang Hao.

Besides dog meat the other common ingredient you find among most Northeast Indian tribes is fermented soyabean paste. 豆瓣酱. Each tribe has their own version and names for it.

@Merkava India absolutely right genetically Chinese are closer to Mongolian us north east indian and at the same time we are genetically closer to chinese than mongolian.Actually most of us north east indian are evolved from tibbeto-chinese genetic root, specifically people from yunan province of China is closely related to us.By the way if you are familiar in hindi language then hindi is preferable for me to communicate with you.I am weak in English.
