For Akuma's arcade story, I want Chun-Li to confront The Master of Fist for killing her master Gen since he died in Street Fighter 5.
She can't ....her level is only to avenge her father n fight opponents like bison at best. She don't have the raw strength to even stand to Akuma.

In the main storyline? definitely for sure, Luke stands no chance, Akuma is the earliest crossover character appearance in fighting games, in fact Luke can’t even beat Ryu in the main storyline either, cuz Ryu is the marketing and promoting to Street Fighter franchise since its inception, Luke maybe the new main protagonist and the future of Street Fighter, but if it comes to battle to the death, he'll never defeated Ryu, let alone Akuma in the main storyline.
