To us buying was less stressful since we were not on the ground and we are just doing fittingsand finishings. Building is also good because you will do each stage as you get the money.

We don't have waste material that can't be used. I never said the materials is of no use. All the materials will be used and we will definitely buy more because we still have a loooooot that needs to be done. We are far from finishing
