What an inspiring video! I have also been to an Abraham experience in Los Angeles in August 2017, it was so amazing the energy in the room is great. Very helpful that you explain how to integrate the highs of such an experience in your life and take time for it. I am also an artist I sing, dance and speak at events. When I perform I also experience this high and afterwards it kind of dies out. I then almost get in this needy state to get it back which hampers the vibratiob of why I perform in the first place. But now I know that I have to take time to integrate that high in my life step by step so I can practice living on that frequency of love. Thank you for this very valuable insight! I’m sure a lot of people who go to seminars or concerts can relate :)

Wow! This was soo good!! I was on a role with watching Abraham-Hicks videos and stumbled upon yours. Your takeaways from the cruise were very clear and exactly what I needed to hear, especially writing for the pleasure of it and not to please others. Eating for pleasure and not for health also resonates with me so much! I've been following the Medical Medium protocal, and it has been exhausting trying to fit in the daily green juices, salads, heavy metal detox smoothies, 15 different supplements, and avoiding all the "bad" foods. This lifestyle created so much resistance in me. I now want to follow the path of least resistance and do what feels good and inspires me :) Thank you for sharing!! I am now looking forward to going to an Abraham-Hicks cruise!

Thank you for this. I struggle with the "path of least resistance" (ironic when I think about it now). I appreciate everything you do. ;) Reframing it to "The Path of Most Allowance" is brilliant.
This video was very helpful for a number of reasons. First one is that I have been spending more time in the vortex, at least I think, feeling amazing and expansive. Yet it's seems the higher I am the harder I fall. After 3 blissful days I had two very disappointing days including a spontaneous work evaluation that did not go as I would have hoped. Major crash and burn. Watching this video helped me to see that I haven't done anything wrong, it's part of the journey. There is more but for sake of brevity, I'll leave it at that. I am also interested in going to see Abraham Hicks in a town near me in a month and these are great tips to takeaway. Thank you for this video. All the best, -W

Hi Lana, I was just on the AH Alaska Cruise August 13-20, 2021...my first cruise and Abraham workshop! It was magical to say the least and I was in the Hot Seat twice! The level of vibrational energy I felt while on that cruise seems so far away and untouchable now...why is that?!! And how do I get it back without having to move to another Universe? LOL!
I know that being in the vicinity of so many individuals who are in alignment and trending on the top of the emotional scale helps to increase that vibrational energy. So I figure I'll take advantage of that moment, (that I truly gained momentum) and milk it until the next gathering on the Caribbean tour, (which I signed up for without hesitation)! Warmest, Deborah

I've experienced similar on other personal development/spiritual retreats...although looking back, I don't think it was at the same level as I will with Abe. After a course of antibiotics two months ago I completely lost my sense of taste and it has not returned. I cannot eat for pleasure any longer.

Great to hear the after effects from the Cruise. I always wondered. Your sharing is so interesting. Thankyou. For me, I noticed I tend to lounge around,sleep a lot & just do bare basics. I'd prefer to be more even, steady, continuous.

Bcz it's fun as heaven to tour the world, especially on a cruise, particularly on an Abraham Hicks cruise! If you had been on one you would understand. The best vacation of my life was an Abraham Hicks Mediterranean cruise.. Not only did I get to see several ports in Italy, Greece, and Turkey, I also was able to partake in multiple seminars while aboard a most beautiful cruise ship.. after being on 10 carnival cruises I will never go on a carnival cruise again.. celebrity Cruise line is the deluxe luxurious cruise line of choice moving forward.
