I like how some super attacks do more damage than the ultimate when fully charged
Andrew Johnson in this game, the super Kamehameha does less damage from a distance
but that was changed in BT3. Does full damage even from a long distance now as long as it hits

@@Bmw130iE87 | Well, Frieza _did_ use a 100% Death Ball, but he charged it like a Spirit Bomb. But "You Will Die By My Hand!" is more fitting since it was the last attack he used.
@@lancecurry7538 Being his last attack doesn't mean it was his most powerful attack, that last beam was the weaker attack Frieza used during his fight with Goku (Frieza was empty, Goku gave him a little of energy).
The 100 % Death Ball is more fitting as a ULTIMATE attack.

BEST Tenkaichi outta the lot!! I loved how Goku could charge the Spirit Bomb and (afterwards) continue to fight while the Spirit Bomb is up in the air.
You can also keep charging it (a maximum of ×3) so that you can get it's full impact.
SUCH a handy technique.

Both of those were wrong and boring, so they corrected them
You can actually do it in BT3 as well, just not as a super move. You can do it with some characters by spamming square after blowing them away with the ki cannon (one of the rush combo finishers)

Fun fact: If you aim your ultimate attack (not all attacks) towards planet and enemy avoided it, you will blow up the planet. Somehow this was removed in BT3...
BT3 it "has" to hit instead. Which is pretty stupid considering when Frieza and Buu blew the planets up they hit nobody. BT2 was the best version (+ Spirit Bomb)
Amd even then it wont blow up the planet half the time@chaospunishment

*Fun Fact:* "Chou Maretsugeki" means "Super Demon Violent Rend."
To become more realistic with the anime. Goku charged Kamehameha - teleport near enemy - fire it at point blank. (note: its unblockable in BT3)

Can you give an example?
only Ultimates I think they "ruined" on BT3 were Friezas Ultimates (its not really bad I mean its the "True" ultimates he used in the show after all)
The only two really notworthy examples are Grandpa Gohan (WHo got more generic)
And Majin Buu Who lost his Cocolate beam!
Other than that stuff like Penetration was Needed!

The best budokai tenkaichi game
The only reason most people perfer tenkaichi 3 over this is cause of the easy ass combos and roster 🙄🤦🏾♂️ but this is the best budokai tenkaichi game

@@partyquajutsu If you have a half-good PC or laptop you can play all ps2 games through an emulator called pcsx2, if you watch tutorials it's pretty easy. If not, tenkaichi 2 is also available for the Wii.

The Dolphin emulator and the Wii version is superior to PCSX2 in terms of emulation, although if you just want to play this casually, the newest developer version of PCSX2 should be enough.
If you wanna get competitive, the input lag of PCSX2 is devastating, which is why both T2 online and T3 online is done with Dolphin.

it's a bit weird for me to see that almost every attack of each character is chargeable, since I played BT3 first
I understand the change but I did like a few of them. Besides Final Flash which is just a joke when some have it's clearly made with a scene in mind.
@@chaospunishment well, not saying those are bad, but Galick Gun as chargeable is nice. The should have left it chargeable in the sequel.

Yeah, you’re the only one, their transformations are the same pose even for the great apes, their story mode and soundtracks are better than BT3, gameplay belongs to BT3.

Moves that should have been included in BT3:
0:07 End Goku should to have this version of Kaio-Ken Attack instead of the Meteor Smash, since his SSJ2 form have it (it's named Meteor Crash, but it's the same move)
0:57 Instant Kamehameha's rush variation should to be SSJ2 Goku's Ultimate instead of that lame Super Kamehameha.
12:49 This version of the Spirit Breaking Cannon should to be exclusive for SSJ4 Vegeta (just to mark a difference from Super Vegeta)
30:57 That volley attack instead of the Full Power Energy Wave. That energy wave was unnecesary after the Crusher Ball was turned into a Super move.

The story mode in DBZ Sparking! Neo (BT2 in America) I find it very boring, there are no cutcenes, dialogues in the fight, he is simply dead. Even DBZ Sparking! Meteor (BT3 in America) has removed most of the fights, but they are very fun.
@Ruthless Attitude Entertainment Why? The original name of the game is "Sparking! Neo and Sparking! Meteor", it is not "Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and 3". It's just an unnecessary change in the Western version, and because I played and preferred the Japanese version, I call it that... so don't make me say these strange names that they invented in the USA.

This occurs when the majority consume an altered product, do not know the original name or the original content on it.

With the exception of the Fat Buu moveset (his rush), the number of attacks and canonical techniques in BT3 (Sparking Meteor) was a huge evolution, most of the characters are generic techniques in BT2 (Sparking Neo). In addition to attacks like "Instant Kamehameha" and "Father-Son Kamehameha" being blast at BT3 instead of rush at BT2, which was a correction in my view.
And the number of attacks they ruined and generic waves they kept balances it out.

@@chaospunishment Well, Freeza 100% had its Ultimate changed for an obvious reason, story mode. The 100% Death Ball would not work in the final cutcene. The removal of Genkidama in the sky has been changed to the three divisions made in BT3: Small Genkidama (Saiyajin Saga), Large Genkidama (Freeza Saga) and Super Genkidama (Buu Saga), so that division was balanced. About the fat Majin Buu I did not understand the removal of "Transform into chocolate" because it would fit him better than the other Majin Buu.
In the end, they took it out, but it improved some things.

Not really. They changed great Supers for no reason yet kept generic waves. Transformations yes but not an issue here.

100% Death Ball is a better attack than you must be killed by me. Both happen.
That's more characters, not move changes. There's a lot to choose from. Which Is why they keep getting more attacks every game.
