I love this design, i'm just trying to comprehend his potential personality. I mean the combined insanity of Joker, Harley, Riddler, Scarecrow and Two-face is enough to make him an insane mess of ego and character flaws. throw in bane's honor, killer crocs people eating, poison ivy's eco-terrorism and the penguins high class mentality and you've got a combination that could destroy, kill, maim and obliterate gotham through millions of ways that are completely unpredictable depending on which personalities are in the most control.

I like to imagine that he isn’t all of the villains morphed into one, but a man who gained the powers and abilities of all of Batman’s rogues. After his accident he went on a killing spree, sticking mostly to other villains in an attempt to be Batman’s “one true adversary”(although many innocents die along the way, as well as at least one bat family member). Eventually, with all of Batman’s rogues dead, Batman finally faces him. After a long battle, Batman finally defeats him. The temptation to kill him stronger than even that of his wishes to kill the Joker. But he chooses not to, as to keep his vow to his parents. And then, for the rest of his life, this villain is locked up in Arkham Asylum. (I’ve been imagining his name is Asylum because that’s what @thedonleeboy called him, and it feels so perfect for the character)

Maelstrom. I think it works since it doesn't lean too much towards one particular character or another. It also is defined as a situation or state of confused movement or violent turmoil.
Chiropticide. The study of bats is chiropterology, so the pesticide used to kill a bat, I suppose, would be chiropticide. And one of the lines he should be famous for could be: "I heard you had a bat problem. I can help with that."
