Red Guardian, Nat and Taskmaster: Taskmaster Red Widow
Multiple Lokis: Ultimate Loki
What if...? characters: The Guardian of the Multiverse
Captain America mashups: Captain Spider, Captain Punisher, Captain Groot and The Captain
Hulk mashup: The Beast (different from X-Men Beast)
Spider-Man villain mashups: Octo-Goblin, Sand Lizard, Mysterious Vulture and The Sinister Spider-Slayer
Spider-Man mashups: Spider-Bat, Spider-Joker, The Undead Spider, Spider-Flash, Super Spider, Spider-Verse Pig and Spider-Verse Man.

I think you should do this but with characters from the Infinity Warps series. a Series that had fusions of marvel characters. Use the MCU heroes to make some MCU versions of these characters, like Arachknight (Spider-Man and Moon Knight) Green Widow (Black Widow and She Hulk) Soldier Supreme (Dr. Strange and Captain America) Iron Hammer (Iron Man and Thor) and then at the end could be a big piece that includes a lot or maybe even all of the Infinity Warp characters
