The hard thing is finding someone who will actually lend you the phone, because nowadays trusting people has gotten to a low degree that its actually sad, and i could see why they wouldn't give it to you because your a random that they do not know you.(edit: i got wou before unicutter, and it helped me tremendously on rebirthing since it does 1m dmg to the raid boss every 10 sec which helped me get the bizarre cellphone)

U can get universal cutter from using scorching flame because I used scorching flame when I had like 7 eternal stack and I got universal cutter :D(btw I got scorching flame from eternal flame)
