Thanks for the tip Coach Broggi! PRO TIP: If you adopt or find a good breeder, you can get an active dog who needs 45-60 minutes of walking everyday. They will need to go outside in the winter as well(I live in the snow climate 6>months per year). Otherwise, 3x of 30 minutes of walking on non-training days has helped my recovery...especially on Squats!!
Great advice!

Thanks Grant. Sensible stuff here.
5:17 I needed to hear that. Thanks Coach!
I do the same thing only on my cheap elliptical. Slow 5 minute warm up then 30 seconds sprint, one and a half minutes normal, repeat 4-7 times, followed by 5 minutes of slow down…seems to work well
did you try sprint8: 30 sec sprint 90 sec recovery 8x
I’m a weightlifter not an athlete, gosh darn it!
Good advice. I condition so I can lift better. GPP and all that. Go C’s btw
My softball league is called a beer league for a reason. I’m in the gym lifting and riding the bike so I can stay in my league 😅
Less food in the mouth. Got it!
Take outside power walks after all squat and deadlift training sessions.
Is walking on treadmill a good conditioning option ?
Of course.
Yes, and use a couple degrees of incline
Swimming for me. 🙏🏻🏋🏻🏊♀️
