  • In this video I show the digitizing of the main parts of the rabbit, a bit of reshaping and changing of stitch angles. I talk briefly about why you should overlap your objects and pull compensation.

This is perhaps the single most useful video I have watched on digitizing! If you are a beginner, you will want to watch the tutorials on the basics (left click for sharp angle, right click for curve, etc), but this is the next logical step. Digitizing pre-defined clipart that comes with the software is easy, by design - but in the real world, people will not want to digitize easy shapes like that. The thought process behind the selection process for the different body parts is exactly what I wanted to see - thank you for walking through this!
I am glad that I am not the only one who has lost the tiny tiny peach squares for the angle tool. I've often had to go to Object Properties and use the dialogue box because I couldn't locate it on top of my object! Thank you, Carol.
