Hi, I've been wanted to get back into gachatubing since i quit in late 2018 but not too sure how, maybe you could give me some tips? Thanks!
Hey there! Super late, I think that some great advice would be this:
- Focus on the stories/videos you wanna create yourself and not what you think others will like
- Have fun experimenting with different character designs, plots, edits and animations.
- Try to focus on one video at a time at first, so you won't get overwhelmed
- Write down all random ideas in one neat document, so you'll have inspiration to last you a lifetime!
- Learn from your idols by slowing down or pausing their videos to see what sort of animation or drawing style they have and which aspects you might want to include in your own drawing/animation style.
- If you're old enough to, join discord servers of your idols so you can bond over your mutual love for gacha and possibly even meet life long friends!
- And above all, try to not set too high expectations for yourself, but just have fun! Gacha is about creating and creating is something all humans love to do! The sooner you learn to enjoy the creating process, the more you'll love your creative journey and what you will accomplish.
Just remember to do what makes YOU happy!
