It looks tasty, but I don’t understand the obsession with putting breadcrumbs on everything. Like a salad or a pasta or mac and cheese. Some things just don’t need a crunchy topping. It’s just added calories. It’s okay for salad to have a vegetable texture or pasta to be smooth and saucy.
