Sir, given the latest eruption of terrorism with the spate of attacks in Jammu, it would be appreciated if you could go over the current security situation in J&K, and talk about what must be done, how India should respond, etc. Also, is there any bigger picture or bigger plan behind these attacks, and why they're happening now? How do these events fit into the larger strategic situation?

The key question is still unanswered- What are India's strategic objectives?

Simply 'Leaning' towards the USA is no longer an option. As Bush said in 2001 _"you are either with us or against us.'_ India will have to hunker down as per Europe. As for shared values the West will bludgeon India when they want to using a truncheon of Untouchables rights, muslim rights, womens' rights wokeism etc. These are India weaknesses to be exploited.
