originally this was supposed to be posted first, but it came out in judge porter channel first before this.
This almost happened to my mom. The doctor was supposed to put a rod in my mom's left ankle. He almost did the right ankle. Thank God for the nurse paying attention. My cousin had surgical scissors sown up inside her stomach and she sued. Medical mistakes do happen but it could be cut down drastically if the doctor paid more attention. Doctors and nurses are so over worked mistakes are bound to happen but you can label the limb to be amputated to avoid that mistake

It happened to a friend ! Her doctor had to go out of state and called another doctor to amputate her right big toe and he amputated the left! She died not long after ! She was a diabetic 😢
frequently, people with these problems will have lower extremities that both look kind of bad-discolored, swollen, etc. So this would be an easy mistake to make if the medical workers aren't very careful.
That doctor doesn't even know what he is doing. He should get his license revoked for amputating that lady's foot.

How can this happen with all the safeguards in place? Whenever i have had medical procedure or surgery, my identity was checked at least six times was well as what was going to be done. Annoying the wrong foot would be gross negligence.

I did a a total hip replacement now my left foot is numb for the past 6 months.My physio told me it's operation went wrong
She sued that doctor and she won her case in court and it's was with judge porter himself altogether 😊
