I genuinely loved this interview, I am a huge fan of Mark Cavendish and I really appreciated his comments about learning how fans are on the journey with the athlete.
I have followed him for years and I’ve never seen him open up like this before.
I hope to meet him someday so I can say thank you for the enjoyment I have had following him over the years.

I know this is a bit weird to say, but I'm really proud of how Cav has grown and matured. It's something that's bugged me about the Tour the last couple of years with Cav and G doing so well in their mid-30s they're seen as old and almost past it, when they're actually in their prime because they've now got the maturity and level headedness to understand the rough comes with the smooth. Which he shows brilliantly here.

Im a relatively new cycling fan so last year was only my second Tour de France and the Cav story was so epic, so consuming, So Much Fun to be a part of, it just sealed my love of this sport. I really loved this interview, I literally laughed and cried. What a guy. Also, Mark’s family is lovely and that little one! Doesn’t get much cuter than that!

I love Mark Cavendish on every level. But, and maybe this is particularly since I became a fussy anxious dad, I always want to tell him to use more sunscreen...

well described. He allowed me to understand about Kelly Catlin. High achievement makes for a long fall down! Cycling is all about numbers with speed, weight etc. There isn't always an answer as we get older

I pick this podcast for my morning run, first because I really like Mark, second I like Orla.
But while I tried very hard to enjoy the show, unfortunately in my opinion this podcast was super boring and sometimes annoying because the loud laughing of Orla (sorry to say that, but because I run with earphones, there were times I had to remove the earphones because the noise was too much for me)
I really wish you could do something about the level of the mic)
And talking about the content, In my opinion there was no order in the whole program.
I really wish you the best in the next podcasts.

Thanks for this but can I say the sound levels were awful and the quality was poor. Tried to listen to this earlier on the pod and couldn’t make it through!
Please look at this as I hope it improves.
    Thanks.

Terrible title to this RUclips version of the podcast.
Why emphasise the 'struggles with depression' when there was a whole lot more to this podcast!
