You wont go wrong with passion fruit, a fruit rich in nutrients and antioxidants. 8 passion fruits
2 medium size lemons
sugar to taste
slightly less than 1 & 1/2 litres Clean water

Is it necessary to add the sugar? Doesn't it have its own natural sugar?
Unless you're working with the juice concentrated, which would mean using lots of passion fruit to make the juice, once you add water, you barely taste any sugar in it. You can work without if you'd prefer, or use honey as a healthier source of sweetener. I hope that helps.

Hi Irene, this is the passion fruit that's purple on the outer skin, not the sweet passion. Hope that helps
Passion fruit is sour ,lemon is sour ,what sense does it makes pairing two sour fruits.
