  • Yuu Ishizuka from Taiko Project Indra shows us how to tie an obi in the kai no kuchi style. Different from the otoko musubi obi tie in the previous Costuming 101 video, Ishizuka-san offers a different way of tying obi in this video.
    Hanten and obi are commonly used costume garments for taiko players around the world. This is the third video in our hanten-obi segment of Costuming 101, a 2017 Programming project from the Taiko Community Alliance.
