For humans or maybe a Suho only thing (because he's a 'player') it just heals and restores your health (probably the same for all humans). Demons at the minimum get stronger by comsuming the leaves. Anyway just because Suho gets blessings from other monarchs it still doesn't mean he will be able to catchup to his father. even being Antares successor doesn't mean he will catchup in strength either. His shadow army is weaker because he isn't the shadow monarch and Suho can't create a dragon army since they're now part of Jinwoo shadow army after the 27 year war. Only 1 dragon exists Ragna
