That Miata crash made me feel really uneasy. Seeing him get rag dolled while half of his body(including all of his upper torso) is outside of the roll cage made me think he was dead for sure. So lucky the car didn't just crush him completely
I was there marshalling for the formula fords at snetterton. I was on the flag point just after the final turn, and accidentally knocked over a cup of coffee when it happened! So the first thing I knew of it was the other marshals shouting!
i though the same but in next frame there another marshall that is helping with the flame of the trapped driver although its stupid to go to low flames and abandon huge fire with a driver in it
After the end of ep.4 we all know you take the "best" because there the drivers are okay. Thanks for these videos. Hope you take 2015 also. The end is reminding me on an accident happend some days ago on the "Nürburgring" in Germany. A Nissan lifted up after a hill, crashed into the barrier flipped over it and then crashed into the visitors. 1 died and some more are badly injured. The driver is okay.
I remember the 2007 BTCC pile up at Brands. Complete carnage. Just what the BTCC should always be. A lucky dip as to who wins. Whoever can carve their way through flying sheet metal and stray wheels while biffing and bashing the door panels of the wanker next to you is what touring cars is all about
Francesco Bernoulli My family doesn't go to races. So I have nothing to worry about. All the best crashes have deaths. Dan Wheldon's death was AWESOME!
Flags: Blue flag: Far opponent speed fast and pass up the last. Yellow flag: anyone crashed will hurt their selves. Safety car comes out. Green flag: When yellow flag off and road is clear they go for the restart. White flag: The final lap Far opponent goes so well they are 1st. Red flag: Anyone had a big accident, they stop the race. Wait for the red lights go out: They start their engine without taking off when lights out, they start and drive but some passes go up. Your truly IceStarBlue
Anti Sheeple they don't have one. normally with a crash requiring medical attention, a red flag is deployed and then race control takes it from there. This is because although a fatal crash is a tragic thing to happen, it is not something that the drivers need to know when racing in order to be safe (which is what the flags are for)
***** I think that's a special flag for bike racing, possibly indicating safety car, but not sure. For cars, represented by single waved yellow flag and SC boards.
5:48 I see your yellow flag, good sir, and I show you my red one. Yellow guy's reaction is awesome.

Danny Atkins surprisingly, only 2 spectators got minor injuries
+andy clark it was an eerie feeling at the track. everyone just went quiet except for the screams of the crowd.

No one died. It wouldn't be in the video if someone did
Harry Maisey It's only cool when someone dies. LAAAME!
2 spectators were injured and taken to hospital for treatment. Both were released the following day.

GruntofAction You're here to watch the same video I am. You're every bit as sick as me.
Don't see reds in bike racing very often...
What doea red flag mean?
That the race is stopped
The race or session is stopped.
finally! :D
Flags:

What color flag do they use if there's a fatal wreck?

in short:
blue flag: GET OUT OF THE WAY
yellow flag: CAUTION
green: OK GET ON
white: LAST LAP
red: RACE STOP

it is just for a race or anything else, if so put this ruclips.net/video/KPIvB_czD7Q/видео.html
Why do people who CLAIM to be motorsports fans post crash videos? Crashes are a part of the sport that should NOT be glorified.
I mean, we don"t want them to happen but they are a given. And there cool as long as none gets hurt.
