    what grit of sandpaper did you use on the sander.

      I try to use as low a grit as I can, I think it was 40.

    What belt sander do you use?

      It’s a Mastercraft table top belt sander, I got it from Canadian Tire. It’s only really designed for wood, so it takes a long time to sand rocks and wears out the belts faster then one designed for metals. I’ll link the belt sander I have.

      For the obelisk I mostly used a belt sander, since it’s hard to create a flat surface using a Dremel.
