- January 2024: Team V3Cars shares the fuel efficiency report of the Jeep Compass diesel-automatic and also the variation in fuel efficiency in city and highway drives.
The Compass is available with a 2.0L diesel engine, which is available with a 9-speed automatic transmission.

Very well compared, very informative, can u guys also test harrier and cub same way and put it on the overall leads board… dunno why but i keep hearing that Harrier gives better mileage even though both of them share the same engine. Thanks

I have a Compass sport manual used primarily for highways (90% of km on highways) and it returns 16 kmpl. This is not a car for office commute even in AT variant.
I wished you did the city fuel efficiency in a total of 2/3 days as most of the people don't run a total or 100 kms in city on a specified day

@@prithwirajmisra8318 hmm but that would be asking too much from an automotive channel. I guess maybe u can reduce 10% from city mileage for adjustments like stopping and starting again

I have a compass Diesel Model S AT 4x4. By tank to tank method I have got Highway fuel efficiency of around 17KM. This is from Ahmedabad to Nashik, roughly around 450km. Average speed of 71km, including driving in Ahmedabad City, some ghat section. Also, the difference between MID display FE and Tank to Tank was 0.9Km. In your case it's coming around 2.06KM, 8 bit surprised.

If you have money and like the Torquey Diesel then buy it, don't worry about people telling value for money shit and all. Enjoy things when you have the chance, in near future there won't be Diesel cars 😢

Sir 5 seater cars me 2 L engine ki koi jarurat nahi Hai. Log faltu ne power ke piche bhag rahe hai. Itna power ka real life me koi use hi nahi Hai.
