To my ears these 3rd Gen Air pods are more comfortable compared to the newer Pro version with the soft gel tips. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxgl8SzyQoymMu-S3V55Dskg5QJ8xr1yCR That said, compared to the 3rd Gen, I notice these do not stay planted in the ear as well. One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.

Anyone having trouble getting both buds to synch? Here's a fix that worked for us... step1. pair both buds separately to your mobile device first. Step2 Turn both buds off outside of the dock by pressing the buttons for 4 seconds. Step3 turn off Bluetooth in your mobile device. Step4 turn on both buds at the same time by pressing buds for 2 sec. When buds are on... press it 4 times with moderate speed together at the same time and wait for the blue light in one of the buds to light up. Step5 turn on the Bluetooth in your mobile device and notice that there's only one Jib name on your list. Click to reconnect. That it. It should play together.

When I put the earbuds in Solo mode, the earbud I have in loses all controls (skip forward, volume up) except when both are paired it works. Anyone else have this problem because I can't seem to find it anywhere else?
Some features are cancelled out because you only using one " solo mode " at a time....so for example when you want to use just one, set the volume with both in your ear. When you get that right volume you want, then you should be alright to use just one, but remember you can't turn them up or down with the earbud, gotta use the volume buttons on phone or device their pair with. And with the track selection, gotta use the device it is paired with. Remember each earbud does some different features when both are in use, but with one " solo mode ", some features are cancelled out. Hope this helps 👍 + ✌

Okay I got a problem with my jib true ear buds on of them is blinking red and the other one is completely fine but when I turn on the one that's blinking red it says power on then connected but when I play music I can't hear anything out of it I can only hear music through the one that was not blinking red I need help from someone
Thanks for reaching out to us @jacob holt! This can be sorted by making a warranty claim: contact.skullcandy.com. 🤙
You guys, Skullcandy, need to print how to get the audio instructions for Jib True on the box or in the paper instructions. The paper instructions in the box is not easily understandable.
Great to hear from you @Alvaro Jurado! We're consistently looking for new ways to improve and will make sure to share this with our team! 🤘
Thanks bro it helped me ❤
I bought skullcandy sesh.
However the left earbud is not working.
I see lot of people complaining about the same issue.
You can search in RUclips or Google - left earbud skullcandy not charging.
That’s what’s happening to me
@@golaughxd1079 This is happening to lot of users.
Lot of videos on youtube and links in google search for the exact same issue.
Not sure why skull candy does not care
You can try draining battery of right one and then putting both in case.
Or u can press both of them 6 clicks for factory reset.
I don't remember the exact count.
Nighter worked for me.
I just bought it 4-5 months back.
@@certifiedbruhmoment85 Thank you for pointing out.
I have already bought it less than 5 months back.
I am not going to invest anything further with skull candy.

I can only use mine one ear at a time they won’t work together any tips on how I can fix this issue
I'm having the exact same issue.. I don't know what to do..
You have to power on both each they turn on one by one
They worked great for about a month. Then the right ear bud started to cut out and now no longer plays any sound whatsoever. Still pairs and the button still works like it should. Wtfffffffffffffffffff
One earbud is not getting charged. What to do
So I'm currently having a problem where the case goes on the charger, doesn't light up, and then when I open it, it blinks five times and shuts off. Help?

Im confused on 3:02 if the charging jack is full battery what about the earbuds themselves?
So I have a problem and I cant figure it out. My Jib keeps only playing sound out of my left pod and not my right one even after I've tried resetting it. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
I have the same problem, lmk if youve figured out how to fix it
Also fyi remove the sticky little paper on the earbuds bc it happened to me and it wouldn’t charge until I noticed
SO okay, if you're struggling stuck in mode mono (only one side is heard):
1.- Forget both devices from your Bluetooth
2.- Turn off bluetooth
3.- While the Earphones are on, press the main button of each one 4 times
4.- They will turn on red and blue, then the LEDs will turn off and only the left one will remain red and blue.
5.- Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone and pair them normally.
6.- Relax now you can hear with both ears. 💗
Thank you so much oh my goodness you are a life saver
help me i cant make mines work
thank you brooo 😭🙏
thank i hope you become rich one day🙏🏾
Thank u
I can only hear sound from my left earbud. I can pause with both, but I can only hear sound from one of them. Help?
Same thing for me I don't know what's wrong
Same thing here the only time I get sound out of the right one is if I flick it a few times even though I only had this replacement pair for two weeks
I can't get my right one to stay connected keeps sounding like a pair of wired headphones that need to be twisted just to play out of and I have already replaced them twice
Same here
I haven't replaced them but I got em like 2 months ago
Hello,
I have googled/youtubed how to fix my problem. Left earbud would play for 5 secs then no audio, I have used the reset options and still not working.
I love Skullcandy headphones and future possible products. But their headphones are bomb I buy them anytime I need a pair. I just brought the Skullcandy jib true wireless earbuds and they are amazing, I love how it makes me feel like I'm using air pods and then everybody going say I got knock offs but I don't care I love them, one request tho if you make a pair in pink I'll be super excited to buy them.
Who else is watching this with one working earbud
Did you figure out a way to fix it?

Had mine for a month. Now the right bud dies in 30 seconds. Put it in the charger, light turns red. After it goes out I just take the one bud out and every time it says it has less and less charge, even if it's only in the case for 10 minutes. Pissed.
Yeah I literally bought mine less then 24 hours ago and I can’t get them to charge at all ..
Right one has issues on the charging part
Same here, my left bud just doesn't seem to get charged properly, it's always dead or nearly dead however long it's charging in the case for.
Literally just got another pair and already have the same problem as the last, right earbud red light won’t turn on when put in the case? And no its not full on battery, how can I solve this

I'm having issues with the mics on my Jib Trues! The mics are barely audible at all when using on-phone calls and Google Meet video calls. Also, I've noticed only 1 mic works at a time even in Stereo mode. Can anyone help?? I don't know if my mics are busted or I need to do something??
How do you pair them together mine won't work together they work separately but not together I don't know how to pair them to each other
What device do u use?
Why is the left earbud so much louder than the right?? Is there a way to fix this?
My right one doesn't play any audio the skip command works , i can even play/pause using it but I can't hear anything on it . Is the speaker dead on it ?
My earbuds work great but for some reason the mic on them don't work is there a way to fix it?
My left one isn’t working
My right one Is quieter than the other
You have to power on both each they turn on one by one
The left earphone does not light up the charging or connection indicator, in fact that function does not work, and I cannot know when the earphone is charged or needs to be recharged, the indicator light does not turn on.
What can I do?
Someone help me!!! I lost the left one but i still have the case charger and the right one but the right one keeps disconnecting after 10 seconds and just doesnt work what do i do??
Why does my right earbud charge indicator stay red when it's in the case even though the left earbud doesn't stay red. Both are charged fully and I just unplugged it from the charge cord.
Why do they do this?
At 5:06 I tried this multiple times and they won’t pair to each other is there anyhow else to do that could fix it
@Ryan Oh no! 😳 Have you been to contact.skullcandy.com to make a warranty claim with us?
@@Skullcandy I bought the warranty at Walmart but I don’t have the box am I still able to return them
My right earbud goes red when I charge them but they go blank when I take them out of the case and I tried everything nothing worked any suggestions??
This may sound silly....your earbud is not on, when you remove the earbud from the case. Simply turn on the earbud and leave it on, they automatically turn on and off when placed or remove from the charging case. But they must be turned on physically / manually before this feature to work. 👍 + ✌
At first it works very well. I bought it on February 2nd 2022 but now there is a problem with the battery. I haven't listened to it for less than an hour. What's the 10% battery left? This is really only good at the beginning

I honestly was a bit disappointed with the bass and volume. I love them for the price, but wish they were a bit louder.
When I'm in mono mode, the volume control doesn't work. If I use the right earbud in mono mode, shouldn't the volume UP control still work?

I accidentally put them through the washer for 5 minutes and got them out and they are still in great condition and didn't get very wet. But they won't disconnect from my phone when I put them in the case anymore. What do I do?
Um, what the heck will this cord hook into to charge the case? It doesn't fit in anything I have...
the other bud isnt showing red when i put it back in the container
Volume doesn’t go up when I press it twice or change song when I hold for 2 secs
How shall I wear these to have clear sound when taking calls?
When I put the earbuds in Solo mode, the earbud I have in loses all controls (skip forward, volume up) except when both are paired it works. Anyone else have this problem because I can't seem to find it anywhere else?
Some features are cancelled out because you only using one " solo mode " at a time....so for example when you want to use just one, set the volume with both in your ear. When you get that right volume you want, then you should be alright to use just one, but remember you can't turn them up or down with the earbud, gotta use the volume buttons on phone or device their pair with. And with the track selection, gotta use the device it is paired with. Remember each earbud does some different features when both are in use, but with one
" solo mode ", some features are cancelled out. Hope this helps 👍 + ✌

Still can't get my both buds to work as one unite. I tried all your tricks about 100 times, you hit the button 4 sec it does nothing. you hit it 10 sec it powers off, you put it in the case and get it out nothing happens but power back on. I push the buttons, and it goes right away to pairing mode. Never had the luck to get them reset.
