I love the Costa Xmas varieties! Although I've promised myself only 1 a week! For kids you can ask for cream based instead of coffee based. Tip for brain freeze, put your tongue at the roof of your mouth, goes away instantly! 💛
Egg nog latte is an addiction for me. And I am not a coffee drinker. I usually ask for no nutmeg. A few years back they dropped it from the California menu and there was almost rioting in the street. It is not on the menu yet for this year!!! I havent check the supermarket to see if the eggnog is for sale yet - that can sometimes delay things. I did an eggnog latte taste test around our coffee places and for my tastebuds Starbucks was the best.
The eggnog latte isn't on the menu here in Ireland this year .... strangely it was one of my favorites! That muffin isn't on the menu here either, we have a black forrest muffin !
There’s so many things they could do with the Christmas range and I feel like they just flop most of the time. I liked Costa more for Christmas. They did after eight which sounds similar to the one you had. I wish places did like a Turkish delight hot choc, a glitter mulled wine flavoured hot juice and maybe a rum n raisin flavoured muffin or something.

I'm not a fan of toffee nut latte or Starbuck's gingerbread version...I do really like Costa's gingerbread latte which is bizarre as I never used to like Costa coffee lol xx

I had an eggnog latte and a Turkey sandwich yesterday in Meadowhall. Enjoyed them both. I don’t know if you have a Dolce Gusto machine but you can get Starbucks Toffee Nut latte pods. They are limited edition though.

Tbh I hated all those sweet coffees I ever had in my life at Starbucks. At Costa I do like cherry hot chocolate though. And chai latte at Nero's. Coffees only at small coffee places, not chains (and I am no coffee expert but even I can tell if sth tastes horrible). But not sure there are so many small coffee places in England, living back in Prague now.

Loved it. I always wanted to taste the Christmas drinks but I dont go out much, I can however speak from experience of trying Starbucks in a store in the UK that I prefer Costa better xx
@@itsemchannel You know a few years ago I was with my fella ( hes now my ex) but I think we were in Tescos and they were promoting Starbucks coffee, He told them that I loved coffee and that I should be tasting it. So they gave me a small amount in a cup, there were a lot of people around, well I was bought up to speak the truth so I tasted this coffee and the face I pulled was like I had eaten a lemon, I really didnt like it, I just said yuk thats horrible then I apologised lol x
I always ask them to put half of what ever they use that sweetens the drinks. I think the flavouring is where all the sugar is. They just put half the flavour shots in and that seems to give me just the right drink, not too sweet and all the flavour

Here in US we can get any of the drinks at Starbucks cream based without coffee for kids so no caffeine.
