you do realize that no one in the game speaks japanese except Hondo. Kaiser speaks German, Flamenco speaks Spanish, Glass Joe speaks French etc.
I wish I could translate what Hondo says, but unfortunately I have no clue what he's saying

DO they speak english in the game while they fight or is it in all jpn
