I finally got mine inflated! You have to insert your own hole in the value in order to pump air into the pillow

Yep I'm having the same problem. The valve is completely blocked. What a lousy design! I don't quite know how to punch a hole in it since the plastic is so thick

They need to do a video on how to fill them with air. Not easy to see how to do it. Not as easy as it sounds. I am hoping we will be happy with the pillows themselves once we get them filled.

I don't think they want people to know the pillow has to be inflated. They don't say it in the commercial

I know someone who has bought this thing. No where in the advertising says it has to pump up. Has any one ells noticed that... I don't think that's right and if. Its not what you want its hard to want to get your money back because of the virus crap... I'm rather upset that it didn't say you have to pump up. Sure you can wash it but you have to let the air out every time. I mean get real who is going to do all that work. For a pillow might as well get a my pillow.
