Pema Chödrön teaches us that the way to become more at ease in our rapidly changing world is to lean into that which makes you feel uncomfortable, and to grow your capacity to be with uncertainty. At 87, having shared her wisdom for more than four decades, Pema is doing fewer interviews these days.
