I loved seeing churros con chocolate in your video! I'm from Tenerife, Spain, and they always remind me of my Grandma, who would have them for breakfast everyday if she could. Of the trip we did to Melilla, were they mix the Spanish churros with Morrocoan green tea. Of my mom, who would take me to buy some in the afternoon after working for long hours in her hair salon. And going to Madrid to visit my father and drinking hot chocolate with churros in the middle of the big bustling city in the winter. I have had authentic pho only once in my life and I will never forget that dish. It was topped with fresh bean sprouts and I’m telling you I kept the warmth from that dish with me for so long. There is something special about pho for sure. I wish I could have it again.

I have had authentic pho only once in my life and I will never forget that dish. It was topped with fresh bean sprouts and I’m telling you I kept the warmth from that dish with me for so long. There is something special about pho for sure. I wish I could have it again.

Here in Argentina we eat Churros, they're a summerish kind of food here, we serve them filled with dulce de leche (caramel sauce made with condensed milk) or custard cream which is my favorite and eat it on spring fairs and beach days during summer. Thank you for doing these kind of videos!
