Hibiclense....give it a shot. I had cystic acne when I was a teen. Clearing out your pores is only temporary if your not batheing correctly. Try cleaning with Hibiclens and if that doesn't work use Accutane.
Hibiclense when I was younger was a huge night and day difference. Use it when you take a hot shower and the pores are more open iodine soap is good too. Hormones where the trigger for me ups and downs would cause a break out in the hotter mouths. The deep ones in the back hurt really bad and won't squeeze easily. Food allergies sometimes will cause more oil too.
Dude- get ALL of it out. The pores underneath the lip are ALWAYS deep. No way you are actually getting to the root cause and actually solving his issue
