Looks like a perfect day for a ride. That 250 is performing well.

Would the Recon 250 be able to tow a load of firewood in a wagon. My new wagon has 16" inflatable tires. It's 3' wide and 5 ' feet long with 12" tall removable sides. It has a payload capacity of 1400 lbs. To get in and out of my backyard I have to cut through my neighbors yard and they don't mind. But their yard is on a 45 degree angle for about 40 feet. My 20 HP riding mower can make it up the hill pulling the trailer empty (which weighs 95 lbs.) if I let half the air out of the rear tires. I've mostly been looking at 3x4 ATV's, but wondering if they might work for me. I'm trying to stay under $2000 and hoping to find a decent used ATV that will be a lil workhorse. I love Honda's and how reliable they are. I did find a 2002 for $2350 that still has the original tires on it. My backyard is only 60' and 30' deep, so if a small to medium size ATV 250cc to 500cc will tow my log wagon that would be great, since there is not much room to turn around. If you can think of other used ATV's that might work better for me, I'm open to suggestions. Thank you.

I think you’d be able to pull it just fine. Especially in such a small area.

I owned a 250 honda. Pulled racecar around with it all day while at the track. I also hooked my jon boat to it, as well as my 16 ft flatbed with lumber on it. It did really well. The only limit I reached was in wet concrete pulling a wood pallet through with wights on it....dont ask. The only thing it did was simply say NO. No smoke, nothing broke, it just reved a bit without moving. I had more fun with this machine than with ny 660 Raptor no joke.
