I really liked the alternating weighted and bodyweight moves in the first circuit. It helped maintain my grip strength until the end of the workout. As always, I can never have enough of your low impact workouts. Simply love your creativity in making them equally effective and sweaty! Feeling great after completing this workout. I woke up with low energy today and no motivation.. I pushed myself to start and the rest was smooth. I’m so glad I didn’t let my mood deny me this post workout high. This was perfection.. I loved it❤

Hi, I'm a mo cap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful exercises on your channel. There are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I hate it but those quick workouts at home are pretty cool. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

Completed this one this afternoon! Windmills have always been a challenge for me so instead I did alternating DB snatches & KB swings! After hardly getting any sleep last night, this was the perfect workout both time & intensity! Thank you for the low impact but intense workout!
