@@AustralianRoadTrains getting my percentage to 90% may take a while but it is climbing after watcher the tutorial videos. Currently sitting at 84%. Anticipation is at 65% Efficient Braking at 83% I should've watched these videos when I first got the truck in June 22.😂😂
Hi Michal, The DAF system is very robotic and it requires a set amount of time before accepting the next input signal from the driver. If you lift off the throttle, count to five then engage the engine brake it will score your well and increase the score. Likewise, when you turn off the engine brake let the truck roll a little (count to five) before you touch the accelerator and it will increase your score again. Bear in mind though that once you get a score up around 95 it is very hard to get it to go all the way to 100. Hope this helps.
@@AustralianRoadTrains hello, yes it does. I drive in a certain way and my scores are usually between 90-100% that includes driving in London. I was always curious why if I do something to be "well" it then scores me down. Perhaps I just have to live with it ;) Thanks
@@MisterStrood Well done for consistantly getting up around 90-100. Here in Australia if driver's consistently maintain 100 they get a free DAF jacket. But you're correct the DAF system has its own nuance.
After reading these comments, I'm going to put that info to use. I've got it at 80% at the moment. I hope to get it to 90%.
Good luck we hope you get your score up to 100 soon.
