Glad you found it helpful. It's funny how DTG equipment often looks archaic. My whole motto with pretreat is "The simpler the machine, the easier to clean, and a clean machine makes the green". You can borrow that if you want
Yes pretreat is required when using white ink on dark garments. Color ink does not require pretreat but some pretreat can be helpful for certain applications. Here is a video I made on printing color ink on light garments. ruclips.net/video/pI9R5IXRY4w/видео.html
Awesome video. I have been looking for tips on the Mister-T1... We have one ourselves and thought that we was cleaning it right but I guess not... it is spraying really bad. I have looked all over for the filter as well. I would love to have one if you still have them to spare.
The darker the shirt the more pretreat, typically 50-50 for black. As the color gets lighter, the concentrate goes down. I use 60-40 on navy, brown, dark grey, and as low as 90-10 on a light pink shirt for example
I'm looking for the filter on the back Mister T1.
Mister T changed the filter to this one. Works great. shopmelco.com/replacement-filter-mister-t-1/
@@MelcoEmbroidery : Do you have the video on how to use the new one?
The machine itself looks so retro 80's . Very informative video, though .

@@MelcoEmbroidery AWESOME . And I agree .
Are you using that pretreat on white and dark garments?

do you wash the pretreat out with hot or cold water
Hi Dale, I use a combination of simple green and water. Here is another more concise video I made. ruclips.net/video/cCFpQWXGVOs/видео.html

Great vid. Is simple green a DTG product? Or are you talking about the generic bio-degradable cleaner? Thank you.
Hi Gerek, the general generic biodegradable cleaner, works perfect.
What should the water to pretreat ratio be?
The darker the shirt the more pretreat, typically 50-50 for black. As the color gets lighter, the concentrate goes down. I use 60-40 on navy, brown, dark grey, and as low as 90-10 on a light pink shirt for example
Ecofreen is say delution ratio must 1:2 , 1:1 do not couse washing problem?
