I have followed your video instructions and the printer app is installed on my Android phone. However when I load up any document and hit the Print option the screen shows a "Save as PDF" with a yellow "PDF' button. I do not see a blue button with a printer icon.
Also important to mention & maybe you did,but for long time i didn't know that in some cases, it will be necessary, after sending document frm phn 2printer- Wifi settings will need to be switched to the printer's wifi setting. Once i figured that issue out, my transfers have worked flawlessly. Kinda inconvenient but it is an older printer and the best valued.

Pages print fine from Windows, so it is not a printer setting itself. Those are ok. Please help! I am fed up at having to go add paper to the rear tray and babysit it.

Only final question is what if I want to print Page One, but skip to Page 5 through 17? How would I write that in the command box or would I just print one at a time until I get to the series of pages to print?

They are both connected to the same WIFI. I tried via WIFI and Bluetooth but my phone isn't picking up the printer. Any other suggestions?

I was hoping you knew of some other, more reliable way to do this. These apps seem geared towards wirelessly printing from Android to a wireless printer connected to a wireless access point. I am just wondering why there is such a hard time seeing printers on a network via android. 😉
I wish it was that easy I tried everything from the video and had to search all printers and it just kept searching and didn't bring anything up. I tried restarting my phone and still nothing and I even deleted the app and tried it again with the same results. :(

does the app also work on "wifi direct" printing? i setup my printer for wifi direct rather than wifi because i don't like my printer knowing my wifi.

What if your printer is connected to a wired network?
If it's airprint compatible It should work if you are connected to the same network on your phone

If your printer has wifi direct you can usually print to it. Or a USB cord plugged into your android + a 3rd party app like noko print may work.

You can try with a USB to USBC cord.
