Yeah big boiii, I still order massive meals and still lose weight every week just by doing intermittent fasting. Its so easy. Just dont eat for 18 hours a day. Eat Lunch at 12 and Dinner before 6. Boom, weight goes away. Lost 20kg now and am Skinny - Now I only eat between 11AM - 2PM and dont even get hungry anymore. The cycle just continues because you dont do anything about it :)
