Been asking myself too why did a deceiving spirit appeared before God to deceive the prophets that Ahab was consulting? Secondly as in the book of 1st Samuel 28:3, saul went to a medium for help to awaken the spirit Samuel to prophesy. Our leadership is following the same path. A medium is now on his way in.

So...I understand how difficult it is to make certain decision like firing someone when one is in HR as the same measure that one uses it will be used against you as God is a righteous God.
