I made these about a week ago (topped with sesame seeds) and they were delicious! Not as sweet as I thought, just a hint of sweetness that was just right. A couple of tips/comments: * I ate the last ones a couple of days ago, so they do keep in the fridge for about a week (otherwise freeze them), just toast them/microwave them for 30 seconds to warm them up. * I used regular AP flour (can't buy bread flour here) and the dough was a dream to work with! It got really smooth really quick and behaved exactly like shown in the video! * The finished pretzel bites look a lot bigger in the video than they are in reality: I made 30 and they were about 5 x 2.5cm each, so basically 1-2 bites. * My freezer was full that day, so I kept the already formed ones in the fridge (in a container with a lid) while I was working on the rest. My baking tray also didn't fit into the fridge, so I skipped that step altogether and just let the them cool down on the baking tray for around 10 minutes after boiling - I didn't notice any extra proofing. * I guess I didn't cut them deep enough to get that brown/white effect shown in the video but they were still tasty. * It takes a while to make the pretzel bites but I'd say that they're worth it.

I don't like salty things, so I like not to sprinkle salt. But I'm teaching everyone how to make pretzels. The original pretzel recipe requires salt topping. Salt topping is your choice. I can't explain everything in a short video.😆
@@deliciousday1 try to glaze them with caramel after baking and THEN put salt when glaze is still soft. This is what I would do, if I wanted to keep salt. Caramel goes great with salt and both should add more flavour to plain cream cheese.
For the air fryer, really it should be 350F or less just so everybody knows the tops cook FAST otherwise. Thanks for the recipe, I blended some sauteed jalapenos in my cream cheese and the bites were very yummy
I made these and they’re so yummy! When I dipped half he bites in the water it turned really sticky and melted? And I got scared and didn’t add the other half so I put them in the fridge and they became more solid but we’re still softer than the other batch , but they both came out good in the end and really cute! And it maybe took 2-3 hours but today’s Easter and I was rushing and had to leave for a bit so maybe that’s why but this is a really simple recipe. Btw: I didn’t have a big enough container to fit all so they went into 2 and just some on top and that wasn’t that smart so try to find a big container and if you can’t then just get the baking try you’re gonna use and yah
