Hello Reina-san! What a beautiful visiuals and places to enjoy most of this adorable part of France. You reflect your inner and outside beauty all over. I really enjoey when you show your point of view. Thank you so much for fun. :)
There are more and more studies that suggest that artificial vitamins also have some negative effects on our health. And in general, you should try to get your vitamins and minerals from a well balanced diet, not from pills. A good doctor would never prescribe any pills unless there is a medical necessity for them. Also, that Berocca product might have caffeine and you seem to consume substantial amounts of caffeine already so please do factor that in. Also notable that such products are categorized as dietary supplements so they are not tested and approved the same way medication is.
And please note that most Europeans don't take vitamins without a prescription, self medication is not a good idea. And in general, things labeled as energy are likely to be based on caffeine and sugar and it's good to not go overboard with either of those.
@@realjx313 Thank you so much for your always sharp advice!! I missed the caffeine availability, and I haven't tried Berocca yet ( because I don't like sweet drinks😭) so I'll tell my husband very carefully! 😢
@@rayna_ OK and take care of your health please! Anyway, I always try to use science as the source for information, not magazines or random sites on the internet as nowadays there are actually quite a few things that people do and are fashionable but not a good idea- like drinking juices instead of just eating the fruits or taking proteins after working out. Oh and BTW, something a bit amusing I found about the product you got, it might turn the user's urine yellow. And you don't like sweet drinks at all or you don't like very sweet drinks? Just wondering what you drink, aside from water and coffee.
@@realjx313 I rarely drink juice! Maybe an occasional ginger ale or lemonade when I travel! Basically, I drink water, and tea, and cafe lattes! As for alcohol, maybe a glass of wine once a week.
