Reed Richards is a No Go. He did not turn away Galactus on his own if it was not for the Watcher telling him how he would NEVER have done anything.
And his threat was a bluff, but one Galactus couldn't call.
The Ultimate Nullifier would have erased the universe. Reed was using Galactus' tech against him.

The power of Black Bolt’s voice is very inconsistent depending on who’s writing. Sometimes he can’t talk down Thanos, other times he can rips a hole in reality.
Why wouldnt the being(s) that literally create the universe be the top dogs? It doesn't really make sense for others to be stronger or more powerful than the creator(s)

Adding Batman and reed isn't it for me,they can probably take down a celestial with prep and intelligence but not via power, pretty much any smart character can do that,so they should be excluded, ironman has actually never really beat a celestial before (or has he?), again he's just intelligent,he should also be off this list.
Celestials, Galactus (until recently), and The Living Tribunal are all fodder to show the power of other characters. At some point, Black Widow is probably going to kick Arisham to death.
When the Celestials were first introduced in the original Eternals .. There were no heroes or villains that could even compare except possibly someone with the Cosmic Cube.
Sadly, Marvel made same fuck up as DC and let writers do whatever creative licensing they wanted. Fucked everything up and forced multiple reboots resulting in the fucked up situations we have now with both companies.
This is why I quit buying/collecting comics. No continuity.

Dormammu is the embodiment of the Dark Dimension, which is growing with every conquest.
Dormammu should win easily.
Actually just couple years ago, they wrote a small series about Galactus being brought to Dormammu’s realm. Dormammu had to call Steve Strange to get Galactus out. Galactus easily dominated Dormammu wasn’t even close.
